What kind of microphone do I need?
The intelliVET ReportAssistant works with all common microphones, such as the built-in microphone of your PC or laptop, a conference speakerphone, a smartphone, or a tablet. Choosing the right device depends on the intended use. Headsets or in-ear headphones (e.g., AirPods) are also suitable if only your voice is being recorded.
For routine consultations, we recommend conference speakerphones, such as the Jabra Speak 510 or successor models. These are designed to pick up voices from a greater distance.
