Admit patient

1. Start at Patients .
2. Select Admit patient.
   • Mobile: Select .
3. Enter patient details.
   • New animals or clients can be added via in the "Client and Animal" field with Animal or Client.
4. Additionally, you can add treatments directly.
5. Select Admit patient.
   • If you have added treatments, select Save changes.

Add new report

1. Start at Patients .
2. Find the case of your patient.
3. In the Treatment process of the patient, select and select Treatment report.
   • You can also add new treatment reports directly when admitting the patient or through Edit case .
4. Select Report.
5. Enter your report and select Save report. 
   • You can have the report created AI-based with the intelliVET ReportAssistant.
   • Optionally, format your report.
   • You can add more reports through Report.
6. Select Save Report.

Create report with intelliVET ReportAssistant

The intelliVET ReportAssistant is currently available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The intelliVET ReportAssistant is the central AI tool in a treatment in vetOS view. Start and end the voice recording and get a structured and professionally correct report within seconds. The intelliVET ReportAssistant is available once you have taken out the required subscription.

1. Start at Patients .
2. Find the case of your patient.
3. In the Treatment process of the patient, select and select Treatment report.
   • You can also add new treatment reports directly when admitting the patient or via Edit case .
4. Select Report.
5. Select , to start the recording.
   • If you create a report during an ongoing treatment, you can select to minimize the report. Move the intelliVET ReportAssistant to the desired position and continue working in the treatment record.
   • Allow the intelliVET ReportAssistant to access your microphone.
   • Inform your clients that you are recording the conversation.
6. End the recording with and select the appropriate Template.
7. Select , to create the report.
8. Review the text and select Save report.
9. Select Save treatment report.

Edit report

1. Start at Patients .
2. Find the case of your patient.
3. Select the entry and find the desired treatment report.
   • If you select a treatment report in the treatment process, the treatment record is displayed with a focus on that treatment report.
4. Select at the report.
   • If the treatment is already completed, no editing is possible anymore.
5. Edit the report and select Save changes.

Download Report

1. Start at Patients .
2. Search for your patient's case.
3. Select the entry and search for the desired treatment report.
   • If you select a treatment report in the treatment process, the treatment record is displayed with a focus on that treatment report.
4. Select .
5. Select Download.

Print report

1. Start at Patients .
2. Search for your patient's case.
3. Select the entry and search for the desired treatment report.
   • If you select a treatment report in the treatment process, the treatment record is displayed with a focus on that treatment report.
4. Select .
5. Select Print.

Delete report

If you delete a report, only this individual report will be deleted. This data cannot be restored.

1. Start at Patients .
2. Search for your patient's case.
3. Select the entry and search for the desired treatment report.
   • If you select a treatment report in the treatment process, the treatment record is displayed with a focus on that treatment report.
4. Select at the report.
   • If the treatment has already been completed, no further edits are possible.
5. Select Delete report.
6. Confirm the prompt with Delete report.

Delete treatment report

If you delete a treatment report, the entire treatment report with all sub-reports will be deleted. This data can not be restored.

1. Start at Patients .
2. Search for your patient's case.
3. Select the entry and search for the desired treatment report.
   • If you select a treatment report in the treatment process, the treatment record is displayed with a focus on that treatment report.
4. Select at the treatment.
   • If the treatment has already been completed, no further edits are possible.
5. Select Delete treatment report.
6. Confirm the prompt with Delete report.
